Exchange Policy
At our beauty store, we maintain strict hygiene and quality standards. Therefore, exchanges are only accepted under specific conditions.
Exchange Eligibility
Exchanges are only applicable if the item received is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrectly delivered
To qualify for an exchange:
- Item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Original invoice must be provided
Due to hygiene reasons, opened beauty products, skincare, cosmetics, and personal care items cannot be exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
